Club Matilda Refund, Return & Shipping Policies
DIGITAL PRODUCTS – Because of the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for the purchase of downloadable patterns.
- If you accidentally purchase a duplicate pattern, contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order number and at our discretion, we will either issue a refund for the duplicate purchase or a coupon code for the amount of your purchase which may be used on a future digital product purchase.
- If you are unsatisfied with your digital product purchase for any other reason, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make every effort to meet your satisfaction, which may include offering assistance using the product, offering a substitute product or credit toward a future purchase.
SHIPPED PRODUCTS – If you feel the item you received does not match the product description or you have problems with your product after purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make every effort to meet your satisfaction, which may include replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price upon return of the merchandise. (No refunds on shipping charges.)
- Shipped orders will not be set to “completed” status until the order has shipped. Earned Tillie Tokens are awarded upon completion of the order.
- Physical products purchased via PayPal e-check will not be shipped until after the e-check has cleared.
