Whip up a pair of cute capri-length pants for your 18-inch friend!
Suitable for most light- to mid-weight woven fabrics, these pants feature real front pockets and an elasticized back opening for easy dressing. Fold-over elastic (FOE) is used to finish the pocket edges and leg hems for extra contrast and a nice clean, finished look. Topstitching detail adds realism and slim-fitting legs add a trendy touch.
This downloadable PDF project goes together quickly and is suitable for most confident beginner-level sewists. Best suited for 18-inch dolls with a hip measurement of 12 inches or smaller. Also available sized for 14.5-inch dolls such as WellieWishers™.

Catcan –
I wanted to make these capris but didn’t have fold over elastic and no where to buy it in my small town. I made bias strips from quilters cotton and used them where the pattern called for elastic. Can’t wait to make more of them to co-ordinate with the Class Act Crop top.
