The Atta Girl Baseball/Softball Uniform pattern set includes everything you need for Spring Training, including a jersey with printable logo, numbers and letters for use with iron-on transfer paper, mid-calf length pants with back pocket and true-to-life details, two belt options, a fully lined cap with Atta Girl star logo and even a pair of socks to round it all out.
This PDF pattern collection was inspired by Mo'Ne Davis, a talented young teen who not only took the path less chosen by playing baseball with the boys, became the first girl to win and pitch a shutout in the Little League World Series in 2014.
Patterns also available separately for individual components, including the jersey, pants and belt, and cap.

JERSEY:
• 1/3 yard sport knit fabric – stretch nylon, stretch polyester, jersey knit
• 1/6 yard contrasting fabric – polyester mesh, stretch nylon
• 1/6 yard fusible interfacing
• Thread (recommendation – choose the color that matches your contrasting sleeve fabric)
• 4 3/8-inch buttons
• Iron-on transfer paper for dark fabrics (my preference: Jet-Opaque II Heat Transfer Paper)
PANTS:
• 1/3 yard sport knit fabric – stretch nylon, stretch polyester, jersey knit
• Scrap contrasting fabric for striping (may substitute 18 inches of bias tape maxi piping)
• 10 1/2 inches 3/4-inch elastic
• 8 inches 1/4-inch elastic
• 1 1/2-inches sewable hook and loop tape (ie. Velcro™)
• 1 3/8-inch button
• Thread
BELT:
• 18 inches 1/2-wide webbing
• Liquid Seam Sealant, such as Fray Check (optional)
• 2 1/2-inch D rings OR one 1/2-inch buckle and three 3/8-inch eyelets with finishing washers (backings)
• Thread
CAP:
• 1/6 yard fashion fabric – midweight knits, such as stretchable nylon or polyester mesh, or woven, such as cotton or lightweight denim
• 1/6 yard contrasting fabric for lining – same types as above
• Scrap 2mm craft foam ( ie. Foamies™ sheet)
• 2 inches sewable hook and loop tape (ie. Velcro™)
• Thread
• Iron-on transfer paper for dark fabrics (my preference: Jet-Opaque II Heat Transfer Paper)
• 12 inches extra-wide double fold bias tape
SOCKS:
• 2 4-by-6 1/4 inches pieces of knit ribbing (avoid knits that do not hold their shape well after frequent stretching)
• 2 4-inch pieces of 1/2-inch wide elastic
